Detox: You should try this chia seeds and lemon water drink

If you are looking to give your insides a good cleansing, you should try this cleansing drink.

Apart from being a good source of natural antioxidants, chia seeds also help get rid of excess body fat. Combining them with lemon to make a drink is recommended for cleansing and weight loss.

The drink is best taken early in the morning and it can be taken hot or cold.

What you need:

- One handful of chia seeds

- Half a lemon

- Some water

How to:

1. Put the chia seeds in a glass of water.

2. Squeeze out the lemon juice into the water and leave the lemon in the glass of water.

3. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes.

4. Strain out the water.

5. Drink immediately or refridgerate.
