Vanilla frozen yogurt

Have fun home making the almighty Frozen yoghurt

Homemade yogurt is cheaper and healthier than many commercial yogurts. And making this recipe is so incredibly simple.

You can also homemake different frozen yogurt recipes, including vanilla frozen yogurt, banana frozen yogurt, strawberry frozen yogurt and more frozen desserts to help you cool down.

Now you can skip the ice cream maker, skip the added sugar and spend five minutes food processing your way to the easiest, creamiest homemade froyo to ever cross your lips. No need to waste your money on store made Froyo ever again!

2 qt. milk1/2 cup of sugar (I use raw sugar)*1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin2 Tbsp. plain or vanilla flavored yogurt**1 Tbsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 c. cold water. Heat milk to 190 degrees. Add gelatin, sugar and vanilla. Cool to 130 degrees. Add commercial yogurt and stir well with a wire whisk. Pour into 2 quart jars (or whatever containers you want to use); screw on lid. Set in oven with light on for 8 to 10 hours. Cool.

Serving suggestions: You can add fruits, nuts or even grated coconut to it. You can omit the sugar all together if you like.
