The United Nations (UN) has released its 2015 Human Development Index (HDI) as part of its annual Human Development Report, and for the 12th year in a row, Norway has landed the top spot on the list.

This makes Norway the most livable country in the world.

Australia, Switzerland, Netherlands and Germany were also some of the countries that earned a place on the top spot.

On the flip side, Niger, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Chad and Burundi emerged as the least livable countries in the world
