Leading contemporary artist, Richardson Ovbiebo has kicked off his second solo exhibition in Lagos tagged 'Yet Another Place'.

The exhibition, which is one of sculptures and installations presents a collection of Ovbiebo's introspections on the idea of a home as a place of shared experience, memory and history.

It further highlights how the social dynamics that emerge within an environment informs the way a home is created and recreated and how the home in return influences the society.
The exhibition kicked off on November 28 at Omenka Gallery and will run till December 12th.
Ovbiebo's works further highlight how language and mundane objects define people and the spaces they occupy, and his principal reference is Lagos - specifically Somolu, where he lives and works.
The exhibition features about 28 works including Aso ebi (Gele) 1 and 2,Agent 1, Another Place, Law Book(Pages series) Street Code(Pages Series)and Omo Onile series.
