Egusi peppersoup is a mix of egusi and peppersoup spices, creating a new twist on both egusi and peppersoup which are two different meals on their own.

Ingredients

Egusi
Peppersoup spices (grinded or otherwise, as you prefer)
Grounded pepper
Knorr cubes
Salt

Fish or meat
Dried fish for garnishing
Procedure
- Boil your meat or fish.
- Add your grounded peppersoup spices and stir.
- Add your knorr cubes, grounded pepper and dried fish.
- Pour grounded egusi into the mix and leave till the egusi is well done.
- Serve with preferred swallow or ate with yam and palmoil using the soup as peppersoup.
