There is no reason for you to a sushi restaurant every single time you crave Japanese food.

Here is how to make your own rolls at home, it is quite simple.

What you need:

- 1 cup of sushi rice

- 1 sheet of Nori (seaweed paper)

- 150 grams of smoked salmon cut into thin slices

- One tablespoon of seasoned rice vinegar

- One cucumber cut into long strips

- 150 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese

1. Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.

2. Put in a bowl and add rice vinegar.

3. Cover your bamboo sushi mat with plastic wrap and place the Nori sheet on top.

4. Spread the rice out evenly, leaving out one inch at the bottom.

5. Turn the sheet over, with the rice facing the bamboo mat.

6. Put the Philadelphia cream cheese in the center of the sheet.

7. Place a strip of cucumber next to the cheese line.

8. Lift the edge of the mat and roll to form a sushi roll.

9. Put the slices of smoked salmon on the roll.

10. Slightly press into the roll with the bamboo mat.

11. Place the blade of your sharp knife under water and cut the roll into eight pieces.

12. Serve as desired.
