Furka Pass in the Swiss Alps is a high mountain road. The sharp bends lead to amazing views but you'd have to keep your lunch in your stomach first.
2. Tianmen Mountain National Park Road, China:
This winding and steep serpentine road runs through Tianmen Mountain National Park. The park also has a glass bridge several feet up in the air, away from solid ground.

3. Death Road, Bolivia:
This 12-foot-wide path of road with a 2,000-foot drop off the side of a cliff is definitely not for the faint hearted. Because of the high crime rate in the Yungas Region of Bolivia, travellers are required to contact the American Embassy before visiting.
4. Srinagar-Leh Highway, India:
This mountain road in India is open for only six months every months because of snowstorms and rainstorms.

5. Le Passage du Gois, France:
This road can only be used for a few hours everyday, when the tide is low as it is underwater most of the time. The road leads to the island of Noirmoutier.
