How to make pineapple-zobo drink
There is an endless list of possibilities for fruit based drinks, and this drink is testament to that.

Many people use zobo as a healthier alternative to carbonated drinks which have high sugar content. Zobo, made by simply boiling hibiscus leaves is a great antioxidant and is said to cleanse the system.
Pineapples are yummy and sweet-tasting, said to improve vagina hygiene. Pineapples are often boiled with zobo leaves to infuse natural sweetness in the drink.

Combining both to make a drink results in health and nourishment in a cup. To make pineapple drink, you can add other juices for flavour and taste.
What you need:
Ingredients
- One cup of unflavoured zobo juice (some leaves boiled in hot water and strained)
- One cup of pineapple slices

- Half cup of coconut milk (you can use almond milk or vanilla if you wish)
- Honey (or sugar) to taste
- Ice to serve
How to:
1. Blend the pineapples with the coconut milk into a smooth and thick texture.

2. In a large pitcher, stir in the pineapple mix with the zobo.
3. Serve with ice.
