Nigerian gourmet bakery launches new cake and pastry range

Cookie Jar has launched a new line called cake ranged called the Silk Palette Sponge Range.

Just when we thought desserts from leading Nigerian gourmet bakery, Cookie Jar couldn't get any more exciting, they got cheaper.

Cookie Jar has launched a new line called cake ranged called the Silk Palette Sponge Range.

The range includes 7 exciting options including Rainbow Wheel, Chocomania, Bubble Gum, White Chocolate Garden, Monarch, Snow White and Rose Garden.

The cakes will be available in 6, 8, 10 and 12 inches.

Speaking at the product launch which had event planners and media representatives in attendance, Cookie Jar boss, Chef Eros said the range was " inspired by our desire to place a Cookie Jar Cake on every table in Nigeria"

He said further:

"We have developed a range with seven exquisite design finishing that will appeal to every type of customer. With prices starting from N5000, our customers will enjoy the lush taste they have come to love from all our cakes.”

Also launched was a new product line - Party Food By Chef Eros which is fromthe Cookie Jar sister company, Eros and Gourmet.

The new line boats platters that are perfect for a variety of events from home soirees to business events and birthday parties.

Items on the platter include Assorted Chicken Wings (Barbeque, Buffalo and Spicy Wings) and Assorted Sandwiches (Chicken Salad, Tuna Crunch, Ham and Cheese).

Others include Assorted Pastries (Meat Pie, Asun Pie, Sausage Roll) and Assorted Shawarma Wraps (Sweet chilli steak, Fish fingers and chicken fajita).
