Ingredients

- 2 scoop Frozen icecream (Vanilla to be safe)
- 20cl Coke or any fizzy drink.
- Crushed chocolate of your choice.
- Straw
Preparation

1. Scoop 2 spoons of ice-cream into your serving glass.
2. Gently pour your fizzy drink(coke) into the glass. The ice-cream should float to the top (hence the name, float).
3. Sprinkle chocolate of your choice over the glass.
4. Insert straw and serve immediately.
Tip: Sprinkle crushed cookies or drizzle some caramel syrup. Mix two flavours of icecream or soda.
