Lagos Cocktail Week was established to showcase the uniqueness of Nigeria’s cocktail culture. The 6-day event has been properly orchestrated and curated towards educating on the ever-evolving “cocktail culture” both locally and internationally, whilst also informing on the global trends coupled with lots of great entertainment.
Speaking on what this year's version of Lagos Cocktail Week hopes to do, founder of LCW, Lara Rawa, says: “The LCW2018 is looking to take things a notch higher in 2018. We are engaging other leading international brands and individuals to make it bigger than ever. Our theme this year is ‘vintage, fresh, original,’ which is meant to depict the evolution of the drinks and cocktail industry in Nigeria.”
In anticipation for the event, scheduled to hold from October 16-18, LCW organised a Bar crawl with some of the major influencers in the Nigeria. Names such as Ehiz, Uriel, Chiamaka Ntia, Ini Dima-Okojie, Mimi Onalaja, Nonso Bassey, and others, were excited to explore the various locations to try the different drinks.
