Young CEO’s Business Summit 2016 to hold in Abuja

The world summit is set to hold in Nigeria for a second time since its inception. The 2016 edition is set for April 22 and 23, 2016.

The fifth edition of the young CEOs business summit and will hold on the 22nd and 23rd of April, 2016 at the Prestigious Transcorp Hilton, FCT, Abuja Nigeria.

Previous successful editions of YCBS summits were held in Dubai-UAE, Accra-Ghana, London-UK and Lagos-Nigeria.

The YCBS Abuja-Nigeria 2016 will over 200 young entrepreneurs from West Africa and those from Nigeria to discuss the theme "Promoting Nigeria’s non-Oil sector & stimulating her SMEs for inclusive growth: the new paradigm".

This edition is special as it focuses on promoting Africa’s non-Oil sector and showcasing SME’s capable of creating many jobs thereby proffering solution to unemployment challenges in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

The commitment is that this summit will help encourage and empower the SMEs sector with relevant skills, funding, partnerships and important information necessary to improve their capacity as they embark on their entrepreneurial journey.

The first panel on the session captioned “Launching a new enterprise” features Rich Tanksley, Head of Pulse as a panelist with Andre Blaze, media bigwig as moderator.

The submodules to be discussed are:

a) Business models that worked.

b) Developing a viable Business plan.

c) Productivity and Business Management.

d) Boosting your confidence to do Business in different Cultures and Markets.

Partnering with the organisers on this edition are; Institutes of Leadership & Management ILM, Forbes Magazine, Aim higher Africa and Femaz Microfinance bank amongst others.

21st April 2016- Welcome cocktail 8pm-10pm (Harrow Park Gulf club)

23rd April, 2016, - Summit, Award conferment & Pitch Prize presentation (4pm-8pm)
