In the garden of music programs, the Kazbah is the iroko tree, standing tall, proud and majestic to bring you a medley of music that is like no other.

The Kazbah is a cultural experience of Music from across Nigeria, Africa and the world, which makes #ANightAtTheKazbah the next step in the evolutionary chain of how you experience the music and Culture of Africa and the world.

“Kasbah” is originally a word to describe a part of a city, a fortress of sorts where you can find all types of things, and from this concept “The Kazbah show” of Smooth98.1 was born, a show hosted by Ini Itama.

The Kazbah’s mission is to bring good Nigerian, African and World music to the forefront of our consciousness – to promote the appreciation of indigenous artistry.
