Leaders Destiny Walk to encourage reading culture in Nigeria

The Ignite Africa Readers Are Leaders Destiny Walk aimed towards promoting a Reading culture in Nigeria amongst our young people.

The Ignite Africa Readers Are Leaders Destiny Walk is an annual event aimed towards promoting a Reading culture in Nigeria amongst our young people.

Back in the days, people read to be successful; the bookstores were there, our school libraries were filled with relevant books; the publishing firms existed. This resulted to a crop of highly cerebral leaders in all fields. Today, these are fast becoming history; the reading culture is dead, and the end result is evident in the failure rate recorded in national examinations at over 80%.

Ignite Africa Destiny project is one of the organizing this event to help improve our educational standard and enhance learning opportunities for young people in our communities, with the power to read any child can change her story.

You are invited to take this walk of destiny, and become a champion of this cause, to revive the reading culture.
