Taxify rewards top drivers, riders at exclusive event

Taxify Nigeria celebrated its teeming customer and driver base for their loyalty, support and patronage, with an exclusive event themed “Taxify Rooftop Party: unlock your city.”

The event held at a secret rooftop location in Lekki was well attended by Lagos socialites including Ex Big Brother Housemates, Tobi Bakare and Uriel Oputa, Musician; Johnny Drille, The Plug’s Bizzle Osikoya and Social Advocate, Segalink.

Earlier in the year, Taxify introduced the 'Because I Taxify' campaign. With this campaign, Taxify hoped to show people how much they could be getting done in an always-on country like Nigeria with rides at the tap of a button. The company invited its riders to share their Taxify stories, tell how much easier their lives are with Taxify, and received thousands of exciting entries.

Speaking at the event, the Brand Manager, Bendega Terver said: “We truly appreciate our loyal passengers that have taken hundreds of rides and been with us since inception. Our top drivers are also not left out and we are celebrating them for their consistency and the 5-star ride experiences they have given on their trips”.

As a token of appreciation, Taxify gave away 3 all expenses paid holiday packages to Dubai to its top driver and riders.

Bendega further assured of the company’s dedication to providing safe, reliable and affordable rides across Nigeria and ensuring that the urban mobility space in Nigeria continues to improve.
