Pulse Nigeria to host session at event

Pulse Nigeria will host a session themed "The evolution of Native advertising: a case study of Pulse 36”, on Monday, 26th of February.

This annual event will run for 5 days until Friday, 2nd of March at Landmark Events Centre, Oniru, Lagos.

In addition to being media partners of the event, Pulse Nigeria will host a session on Monday, 26th of February. The session is themed "The evolution of Native advertising: a case study of Pulse 36”.

Featuring on the panel to discuss why brands increasingly choose to tell stories - not sell products, are Folahan Abudu of Diageo; Dami Khadijah of TedxEuston; Opeyemi Lawal of Airtel; and Segun Adekoye of AccessBank. The session will be moderated by Tunde Kara, Country Head (sales) for Nigeria, at Ringier Africa Digital Publishing.

Attendees at the session will be afforded the opportunity to learn more about Elements/features of compelling content; The importance of presentation and a well thought-out distribution strategy; Pointers on quality content from the brand’s perspective e.t.c., with a special appearance from Fu’ad Lawal and Chris Chukwuedo, both of whom embarked on the #Pulse36 campaign that went viral on social media in 2017.

The SMW Lagos 2018 theme “Closer” will explore the intensifying conflict between community and individualism. The conversation will bring together a diversity of perspectives to discuss the most productive ways to harness these forces to drive innovation, improve consumer experiences and bring people together.
