Organizers of the Handle It Africa Conference held the inaugural edition of the event on March 31, 2017 at Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Themed “Social Media: Language of Expression,” the conference featured over 15 panelists with valid experience and proven competence in the use of social media as a tool for brand development and expression.

 

Speakers at the event include Japheth Omojuwa, founder at Omojuwa.com; Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and Assistant Force PRO Annex Lagos, Aliyu Giwa; Tosin Ajibade, founder at OloriSuperGal; Osagie Alonge, Editor-in-Chief at Pulse.ng; and Philanthropies and CSR Leader, Microsoft Nigeria, Olusola Amusan.

 

Others are the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Red Media Africa, Sola Obagbemi; Founder Slum2School Africa, Otto Orondaam; International Development Specialist, Dayo Israel; and CEO of LifeBank, Temie Giwa Tubosun.

Guests at the event had the opportunity to ask the panelists questions and also hear from them on topics relating the use of Social media, Digital publication, monetizing content and other topics.
