Nigeria Internet Business Conference (NIBC) held its third edition at the Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), Ibadan.

The event was graced by several dignitaries including the Minister of Communication; Barr. Adebayo Shittu who was duly represented by Mr. Akeem Yussuf, the SA to the Minister on Digital and optimisation; Barr. Akinyemi Anyinoluwa, Aderonke Bamidele, Aisha Raufu, Ayeni Ekundayo, Depanker Rustagi, Yomi Fabiyi and more others.

The Minister of Communication, Barr Adebayo Shittu charged Nigerian youths to leverage on the power of internet and said he was pleased to be at the Nigeria Internet Conference where young minds learn and relearn about vast Internet business that exist.

"If you are subscribing monthly and you are not making two hundred thousand in a month, then you are wasting your time". He further appealed to the youth to use the power of internet to channel their goals.

Deepankar Rustagi, the CEO of Vconnect, an Indian who has lived in Nigeria for over 17 years also spoke extensively on providing a network for businesses to acquire and deeply engage with new customers.

Participants were given opportunities to ask the business tycoons present at the event event during a session of the programme tagged: Panelists session.

The organiser of the event, Mr. Lukmon Fasasi while giving his thanks to all who made the conference possible said: "This is the third edition and NIBC has come to  stay. What matters in the 21st century is how to use the internet to maneuver your goals in life", Fasasi said.

The conference also witnessed the attendance of students from Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Ibadan, University of Lagos, University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Ladoke Akintola University and many more.
