All four Nigerian Mobile Network Operators joined senior executives from organisations such as Uber, Facebook, Ringier, BBM, Access Bank, TECNO, BellaNaija and Battabox were represented on the first day of the conference.
The conference kicked-off with opening comments from the editor in chief, Techcabal Bankole Oluwafemi and then moved to the Founder & CEO L5Lab, Chika Nwobi speaking on what's happening in tech and Mobile's place on the continent. Panelists at the conference included a group of young entrepreneurs including Toro Orero, Chinedu Azodoh, Odionye Confidence, Andrew Airelobhegbe and Francis Adereti.
Other speakers at the conference were former chief editor BiILD, Kai Diekmann, General Manager, Ringier Africa; Leo Steigeler, Co-Founder Battabox; Yemisi Illo, Managing Partner, Media Navigation; AT Samuel and others. They spoke on content creation, consumption and monetisation and the digital publishing revolution.
