Last week, the frontline and backend teams of 9mobile came together to celebrate Customer Service Week, a global event recognizing the hard work and dedication of customer service professionals.

The teams went all out to make this year's celebration unforgettable, with a range of exciting activities and rewards. Here's a recap of the fun activities they had!

Monday: 9th Caller Reward & CEO's Greeting on IVR

The backend team kicked off the week with a surprise reward for every 9th caller of the day, courtesy of the customer service agents. The CEO also recorded a special greeting to thank customers for their loyalty and trust in the 9mobile brand.

Tuesday: Pimp My Workspace & Daily Fastest Fingers

The customer agents got creative, decorating their workstations with personalized themes and decorations. They also launched the Daily Fastest Fingers challenge, where agents competed to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Wednesday: Management Lucky Dip & Co-Director Day

The management team participated in a lucky dip, with exciting prizes up for grabs. They also celebrated Co-Director Day, recognising the vital role that co-directors play in driving the 9mobile customer service excellence.

Thursday: Photo Props with Director & Team Photo Sessions

The customer agents had a blast taking photos with fun props with the Customer service Director. The team also held team photo sessions to capture memories of the amazing customer service team.

Friday: KARAOKE & Daily Fastest Fingers Finale

The team wrapped up the week with a KARAOKE party, showcasing the agents' hidden talents. The Daily Fastest Fingers challenge concluded with a thrilling finale, crowning the speediest agent of the week!
