Team A+ volunteer group kicks off charity project

The group is a collective of individuals who are professionals in their spheres of work & believe in the growth of Lagos State.

The official kick-off of "Back To School" project by Team A+ volunteers which are in 20 local government and 37 local council development area has began.

According to the team lead of the group, Modupe Makewu, the light of keeping his promises to the citizens of Lagos State which includes qualitative and quantitative education, the Team A+ volunteer group believes that every individual can contribute and also put a smile on the faces of Lagos State students.

The project is an initiative of the Area coordinators of Team A+ volunteers in all the 20 Local Governments and 37 Local council development areas (LCDA) in Lagos State. With aims to compliment the good works already done by His Excellency in making sure that Lagos State educational sector becomes the beaming light and role model in Nigeria and the world at large to emulate.

The chairman of the occasion and Commissioner for physical planning and Urban development, Arc. Abiola Anifowose, eulogized the kind gesture of the Team A+ Area coordinators for the initiative and encourage them to do more in uplifting the primary school education in the state.

Mrs Bimbo Obaseki from SUBEB emphasis important of primary education in nation building. Over 200 primary school pupils across the Epe division attended the event and went home with various school items and materials ranging from bags,exercise books and writing materials.
