Mike Okri, Skales, Aramide, 13 piece Bantu, thrill fans at May edition

Monthly musical concert 'Afropolitan Vibes' held another edition on 20 May, 2016 at Freedom Park.

The monthly concert Afropolitan Vibes held the another edition yesterday, 20, May 2016 at the Freedom Park, Lagos Island.

Ade Bantu kicked off the night with his timeless melodies wafting through the evening and exciting guests.

After which the headliners took over the stage, first was singer/songwriter Aramide who serenaded the crowd with sounds from the guitar and her unique voice texture. Next came rapper/singer Skales, who stepped up the tempo as he performed his hit songs including 'shake body'. And finally the music legend Mike Okri stormed the stage, dishing out his evergreen hit songs including Time Na Money and Omoge. The crowd could not hold back as they sang along and danced the night away.

It was special in every ramification. From the music to the Palmwine, the crowd spirit to the sounds, everything was special
