Style Pick is Sleek Studio's exfoliating scrub; 'Scrub Away My Troubles', check on a review of a part of Sleek's growing skincare range.
Sleek Studio is popular for makeup/cosmetics but the brand is fast revving up and improving on their skincare range.
The exfoliating range is one to try and one of the most amazing; that I currently use is the Sleek 'Scrub Away My Troubles' (the name though, very apt).
'Scrub Away My Troubles' is an exfoliating scrub that leaves skin refreshed and noticeably smooth after use. It is a mineral peel that contains dead sea minerals- which are reported to be great for skincare.
Sleek's Scrub Away My Troubles is presented in 100ml, a predominantly white press tube with slight pink and black colours as well.
It features noticeable crystalline particles that dissolves as soon as water touches it, you feel it almost like a bubble and has a sweet smelling citrus like scent that appeals to the senses (actually opens the senses, its quite a refreshing smell) .
The exfoliating scrub is gentle enough to be used more than twice a week, sometimes I use it almost everyday and its not harsh as a little amount goes a long way, the trick is use it on -preferably clean face-and add little water to work up a lather, which dissolves the particles and exfoliates the face.
After about a week use I noticed a visibly smoother and softer facial skin and I reduced the frequency, i.e I started using it every other day instead of everyday and gradually now its down to once/twice per week (afterall the facial skin is soft and all now- plug in).
In all, Sleek Studio's 'Scrub Away My Trouble' is one to cop and at under N1500, its not bad.
