Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of the legs and buttocks, as well as developing core strength. The squat is a compound, full body exercise that trains primarily the muscles of the thighs, hips and buttocks, it firms and tightens our most desirable body parts.

Surprisingly some ladies don't get the desired result simply because they do the squats incorrect. They make mistakes from taking wrong positions or posture and so on so in the end the end result is not achieved.
