4 Simple home remedies for better sleep at night

2. Camphor and Coconut Oil

Mix a pinch of camphor with coconut oil and massage on your scalp in circular motion for about half an hour. Massaging, combing and brushing increase blood circulation and supply adequate oxygen to the brain, here Camphor oil massage before going to sleep may bring a good night sleep.

3. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera has an intense cooling effect. Slit aloe Vera and extract the gel. Mash and apply it on your scalp. Regular use of aloe Vera on your scalp keeps our nerve under control and helps to get a deep sleep. Use this as often as you can.

4. Milk, Honey And Nutmeg Mix

Drink a cup of warm milk mixing with a table spoon honey before going to bed, you can also mix a teaspoon of nutmeg powder in a glass of milk and drink before going to bed. This bring on sleep naturally.
