While having sparkling white teeth doesn't mean oral health is a 100%, dental health should be catered to generally as this ensures the whole mouth is in top shape meaning when the teeth is catered to there's a possibility of avoiding cavities keeping them (teeth) strong without a risk of decaying.

Apart from brushing with a toothpaste with fluoride twice a day, flossing daily and so on, there are simple tips to help keep teeth whiter that works:

1. Every morning when you put on toothpaste to brush, add a pinch of baking soda, mix this and brush as usual. This can be done everyday.
Baking soda is great for removing stains and helps brighten the teeth.
2. You can also rub the insides of an orange or banana peel on your teeth everyday for a noticeably whiter teeth after a few weeks of use.
3. Another way is to dip a finger in coconut oil (pure) and massage around teeth, leave this on for a few minutes and rinse the mouth with warm water afterwards.
