Creative director of Tiger Lily; a gym and outer wear brand Lilian Unachukwu dishes on staying healthy and looking good in a recent interview with Pulse TV.
The creative director of Tiger Lily; a gym and outer wear brand who is a known fitness enthusiast shares tips on how women can cope with everyday (busy) schedule as well as staying healthy and look good while at it.
Unachukwu who revealed the reason she launched her line mainly to look good and stylish in gym clothes (an inspiration to work out and consequently live a healthy life) dished on different ways ladies especially can create balance.
"Cut out excessive carbs, oils and sugar that immediately balances your hormones, your body's digestive system.... and definitely follow up with a good fitness routine" She also revealed that some people may have an 'acceptable' weight but that doesn't mean they are fit.
