The Paleo diet,the best way to lose weight

There are a lot of diets especially the fad ones, but not all are bad, for instance, the paleo diet also called the The Old Stone Age Diet because Paleo is short for Paleolithic which refers to the prehistoric Old Stone Age.

Used by a lot of Hollywood A-listers such as Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Biel and even Meagan Fox, the paleo diet is very effective.

The diet involves consuming meals only available in the early stages of human existence, this means that these foods must be as close to nature as possible and must exclude over processed, refines or dead foods such as burgers, pizza and processed milk.

Foods and drinks that fit into this diet include vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, water, herbal teas and fresh juices.

The health benefits of this diet/lifestyle are endless and include boosting your energy, balancing your hormones naturally, burning fat, stabilising your brain biochemistry, promoting digestive health, building lean muscle mass, managing, reducing stress and detoxifying your body.

Thankfully, it has a few disadvantages like excluding nutritious core foods such as breads and cereals, legumes and dairy foods, this is bad because it increases the risk of not meeting requirements for important nutrients such as calcium and fiber.

Apart from this disadvantage, every other thing about the paleo diet and lifestyle is amazing.
