  1. Do a lot of cardio- Since cellulite is basically caused by fat cells, cardio helps to get rid of fat. Do lots of intense cardio workouts such as running, cycling, or hiking up hills.

  2. Have a healthy diet- In order to reduce the appearance of cellulite, you have to eat right. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains.

  3. Tone your body- The appearance of cellulite on a toned body is very minimal and almost none existent. Tone your body by doing strength-training moves that target cellulite-prone spots.

    Drink lots of water- Water fights cellulite by flushing fat from your body, it also releases excess fluid from your body. Water also improves the texture of your skin thereby eliminating the possibility of the appearance of cellulite.
