Portion control guide for your diet

Something most people fail to realise is that, dieting is not just about what we eat but about the portions with which we eat them.

Like we earlier observed, we are all suckers for junk food, plus given the right incentive, we tend to go overboard and become the foodie's we were all born to be.

Luckily for us, the brilliant Lauren Conrad totally gets this, which inspired her to create a portion-control chart that uses beauty products as tools to show us proper serving sizes.

What better way to catch a woman's attention than makeup? We also tend to know just the right amount of makeup to use, why not food?

With this chart, we know just how much turkey we can allot ourselves without going overboard. The basic idea is to gauge the portion of your food with the portion of your makeup.

It'll make getting in shape so much easier!

Although eating an eye shadow worth of cheese may not be worth it, but whatever works right?
