  2. New mentality- You have to change the way you think or see fitness/exercise and health. Once you stop seeing those things as boring, stressful, bad, then you can truly start your journey.

  4. Surround yourself with people who unconditionally care about your well-being, this way, you can reach your goals faster because they encourage you, support you, motivate you and remind you why you started your fitness journey in the first place.
