1) Use a gentle facial mask.
Use this at least once a week to open your pores/ remove impurities that can cause breakouts; masks are available over the counter in supermarkets etc and there are amazing at home DIY masks to try out.
2) Use A Gentle Exfoliating Scrub.
Exfoliate your skin using a gentle exfoliating scrub at least 3 times a week. This helps remove dead skin cells, removes excess oil and dirt which opens up the pores and allows it to breathe.
3) Eye Cream.
Make a habit of using a morning and night eye cream prevents premature wrinkles and helps brighten and hydrate the under eye where the skin layer is rather thin.
4) Non- Comedogenic Cosmetics.
Use oil and paraben free beauty products to avoid clogged pores and of course less chemicals which is good for the skin.
5) Clean Your Make-Up Brushes.
Wash your makeup brushes at least every two weeks to removedirt, oil and possible bacteria. If you don't clean them often, you risk breakouts and that just means putting those makeup over and over on your face which is unhealthy.
6) Sunscreen.
Never ever go out in the sun or out of your home without wearing suncreen. hoose a moisturizer with a high SPF.
