STOP SMOKING- According to the American Lung Association, secondhand smoke causes approximately 3,400 deaths from lung cancer. So, even though you are not a smoker, inhaling the smoke of those smoking around you could still affect you negatively. Also, smoking causes lung cancer.
EXERCISE REGULARLY- Exercising has been known to prevent cancer while helping you maintain your weight. Studies have found that there are substantial health benefits to regular exercise.
EAT HEALTHY- This is no-brainer, maintaining a healthy diet will help you reduce your cancer risk. So, incorporate more fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans.
