The harmattan season comes with a lot of 'harshness'; the weather just seem to dry out your skin as often as possible.

Once you start dealing with dry  skin, turn to honey to soothe yours.  The change in the weather affects your skin as well as it equally over works itself trying to adjust to the change in weather conditions; trying to re-balance itself.

A warm bath with soothing ingredients will help nourish the skin back to its original state.

Try the honey bath:

Add two cups of honey to a running bath. It is a great body soothing as well as smoothing experience.

Soak in the bath for about 15 minutes.

You can add a cup of a good quality Baking Soda for and soak for another 15 minutes; this helps get rid of dead skin cells without irritating the skin.

The soothing honey bath leaves you feeling skin deep smooth. Give it a try especially during this harmattan period.
