The mother of eight-year-old Kehinde Oke, Adesewa, is aging rather too fast because of the distressful condition her young daughter is going through and if she can't raise the sum of N60,000, the little girl could lose her eye due to a cancerous growth that started as an ordinary boil.
This young girl needs N60k to go for surgery
With just N60,000, this little girl can be cured of cancer of the eye.
According to the woman, the boil which has made the girl's eye disfigured, grew steadily and defied every known palliative and has caused the girl so much pain and discomfort, growing into a cancerous tissue burgling out of her daughter’s eye.
According to Adesewa, the ailment started in 2014 and when the girl was taken to the University Teaching Hospital, Ibadan, she was diagnosed of abnormal external gerutalia (eye cancer) by one Dr Adetunji Lagunju, after all efforts to treat a boil on the upper part her eye proved abortive.
"At UCH, we were told Kehinde will have to undergo an eye which would cost N60,000. I have been unable to raise the money since then. I had spent all my savings on treatments, but those were just to give her temporary relief.
My daughter is going through a lot of pains. I need the assistance of well meaning Nigerians for her to undergo the surgery," the tearful mother who said she has sent out of her matrimonial home because of her daughter’s ailment, begged.
We urge kind spirited Nigerians to come to the aid of this young girl with financial assistance.
