32-year-old Taye Ajayi, a bus conductor in Lagos has been arrested and charged to court after he allegedly bit a passenger’s ear off.

A commercial bus conductor in Lagos has been arrested for biting a passenger’s ear off
The incident is said to have occurred in the Egbeda area of the state after the victim, Kabiru Olugbemi, paid N30 for his bus ride instead of N50.
Olugbemi then got off the bus and attempted to walk away but was stopped by the suspect who bit his ear off and threw it on the ground.
The victim was taken to a hospital but the ear could not be reattached.

The case was reported to the police and Ajayi was arrested and charged for inflicting permanent injury on the victim.
