A young model who responded to some strangers offer for a job ended up being murdered in the process.
According to Jennifer Oyatabu, the murdered girl's friend who posted the sad narrative on her Facebook page, the girl had met the unknown men on the road and they told her they can get her the deal and she was so excited about it that even when friends warned her to be careful, she thought they were trying to hold her dream down. But she found out the hard way.
Read what Oyatabu wrote on her wall unedited:
"She answered a call on Sunday night. We overhead her saying dat som1 called her to come dat dey will use her face for calender. Dat dey will pay her N250k.
After some while, a gal called her bk for d same stuff. She was preparing to go, ma sister asked her if she knows d person, she said dat is some1 she met on d rd.
She told her not to go dat is not genuine. She insisted and left. She called ma sister bk around 7pm and told her dat she can't come bk again, dat she will come bk the next day.
On dat Monday, everybody was trying her number. It was not going until on Sunday. I was telling everybody dat our friend is missing.
