According to a Facebook user, Oby Ndukwe, a man who dared to question some police officers what his offense was when he was confronted and asked to raise his hands in the air, realized the hard way that the police are not to be toyed with.

Ndukwe who posted the assault on his Facebook wall said the man was left bloodied as he was given the beating of his life with his head broken.

This is what Ndukwe wrote on his Facebook wall:

"Police brutality by Mile 1 policemen in Port Harcourt. One Corporal Uche and two of his colleagues descended on this innocent man who sat innocently with some family members in front of his house at No 5, Jaja street, Mile 1, Diobu, this evening."

"Corporal Uche ordered them to raise their hands for no reason and when he sought to know why, he was hit with the butt of their gun, while the others descended on him and gave him a thorough beating.
