Online community is moving to TV

After six years of providing the best content on love, relationships and fiction for young Nigerian people,

Starting off as an online haven for young people to talk about love, relationship, sex and other things related, TNC as it is coolly called has announced its first TV content- a web series which is an adaptation of one of their popular series.

Titled '' the web series is a "Romantic Dramedy about a young man who, when his thirtieth birthday approaches, panics at still being unmarried, buys a ring on a whim, recruits his two girlfriends to help, draws a list of potential candidates and sets off a series of events that leads to a wedding."

The series stars Oreka Godis, Kunle Remi, and Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi (which kind of makes sense because the BEAT FM OAP has been involved in TNC from day one). The web series will be shown on Accelerate TV.

For fans of the online community, it is a no brainer that they would watch the web series. The Naked Convos has managed to create a hub of loyalists that are hooked on all their articles and posts.

For people who are not familiar with the brand, the quality of web series will be the determining factor if they watch or not.

As TNC moves into TV territory, they should consider doing documentaries and video essays on love, relationships and Nigerian couples. This might suit them more as a brand that encourages openness and discussion.
