American woman sends $1.4m to Nigerian online lover she has never met
A twice divorced American woman says she has no regrets sending $1.4 million dollars to a man she has never met because she loves him.
Sarah confirmed to Daily Mail that despite not having met the guy who goes by the name Chris Olsen, they are truly in love and the over $1,4 million she has so far wired to him is an investment done out of love.
The report by Mail has it that in the past 18 months, Sarah has sent the money to Olsen who keeps changing his 'location' which includes Italy, USA, South Africa and finally, Benin City in Nigeria.
Sarah believes Olsen loves her and will surely come for her at the right time but in the meantime, she sees nothing wrong in sending him money for bail, lawyers, lost credit cards, hotel bills.
Though the mysterious man's accent has changed over time, and he keeps asking for money to be wired to various different countries, Sarah insists she is '95 per cent certain' that he is telling her the truth.
Despite his numerous attempts to come home so they can be together, she says, he keeps getting arrested on false charges.
Sarah even had to an apartment she owned to wire him $550,000 bail. However, she believes he is trying his utmost to make it to her.
