Two armed robbery suspects out of five who held siege at a bank at the popular North Bank area of Makurdi, Benue State, were nabbed and trust Nigerians, they were given instant justice, with one of them giving up the ghost on the spot.

According to Idoma Voice, the robbers who engaged the police in a gun battle, were later chased won and arrested while others escaped after they had attacked a customer coming from a bank and snatched a bag containing N2 million.
Going by the report, the customer had just finished transacting business in the bank and was making his way to his car when the robbers attacked and snatched the bag from him and made away on motorcycles but some 'Okada' riders who sighted them, quickly alerted a nearby police patrol team and the hoodlums were given a chase and were cornered at the Balcony parks junction where a 30 minute gun battle ensued between them and the police and in the end, two of them were nabbed.
