Woman who failed to show up at own wedding caught with ex-lover in hotel room

A bride whose family forced to marry a man she did not love decided to stay away from the wedding and ended up with her ex-boyfriend in a hotel.

It was a real-life rendition of the popular movie, Runaway Bride, after a woman who was supposed to get married on Saturday, November 26, 2016,

According to a Twitter user, Fofo, the wedding which was to take place at an event center in Ikeja, Lagos State, was cancelled after the bride failed to show up but the two families were thrown into shock when the lady was traced to the same hotel her family lodged in where she was caught having sex with her ex-boyfriend.

In a series of tweets, Fofo narrated how the lady was apparently she did not love and she played along only to pull the stunt on the day of the wedding by refusing to make an appearance.

It was gathered that when she was caught with the man in the hotel room, she put the blame for her action on her family for trying to force her to marry someone else instead of the man she loves.
