Reasons Why The Judge Wants Chris Brown To Rot In Jail!

With more violence, murder threats, beat downs and anger moves, Breezy could lead himself into more jail time.

Chris Brown has been asked to return to jail in L.A until June after his trial for assault was postponed by a D.C judge early this week. The singer and his millions of fans think it's unfair but law makers say he truly deserve every punishment he's getting because he is not above the LAW!

In an exclusive chat with Hollywoodlife.com yesterday, Los Angeles attorney Mychal Wilson says Brown has ruined his chances of staying out of jail because he keeps violating the law. Meanwhile lawyer James E. Silverstein added that Brown still remains 'a threat to the community' after he allegedly made threats about using guns while in rehab.

Silverstein explains that, "Chris Brown's situation is more complicated than it meets the eye. Factors the court will generally consider in deciding whether or not to grant bail include the recommendations of the probation officer (if there is one), the defendant's criminal history, the conduct resulting in the alleged violation, whether the defendant is a flight risk, and whether the defendant is a danger to the community."

It's important to note that the judge did give Chris the chance to stay out of jail by sending him to rehab – not only once but TWICE. And both times he blew it!

"The allegation appears to be that Mr. Brown allegedly made threats about using guns while in his court-ordered rehabilitation program on that case,” James continues. “This is a serious allegation, and one that very well could have suggested to the court that Mr. Brown remains a danger to the community."

So guys should we continue to blame the law makers for respecting the law in Brown's case? What do you think Breezy should do to keep him out of jail? Send us your thoughts.
