Following earlier reports that the body of the deceased Orji Allwell has been recovered from the Lagos Lagoon on the Third Mainland Bridge, the mother of the deceased, Chinyere Orji, says it is not her son.

The body which was recovered on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, by the Marine Policemen after a 24-hour search, is not the body of the deceased doctor, Punch reports.

The Zone 2 Police Command Spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmos said, “The mother has come to identify the body recovered, but she said the deceased was not her son.”

Meanwhile, Mrs. Orji insists that her 35-year-old son, who is the first of her three children, is not dead, as she prays that he will be found alive.

A friend of the deceased who pleaded anonymity, sent an email to Linda Ikeji's Blog, throwing some light on the reality the deceased face.

Dr. Allwell was described as a sickler who suffered seizures, forcing him to become antisocial.
