Is it okay for a woman to be the boss at work?

Is it a big deal if a woman is your boss at work? Would you have any qualms working under a female boss? Find out what Nigerians have to say about this.

The campaign seeks to reeducate Nigerians on issues of gender and gender roles. Nigeria ranks a dismal 118 of 134 countries on the Gender Equality Index. This goes to prove how far behind we are on these issues.

Courtesy of the 50/50 Campaign organisers, the Pulse strivia team visited Kano, Kaduna. Enugu and Lagos, asking people the same question.

The question asked was "Is it okay for a woman to be the boss at work?". The question was met with different responses; one person actually said it is wrong to have a woman as boss because this is a developed country.
