Readers vote the police as the most corrupt institution

Pulse Nigeria Poll readers agree that the police force is the most corrupt institution in the country.

A few days ago, the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase, made a statement that is now being regarded as the joke of the year when he said the Nigeria Police Force is the least corrupt institution in the country.

But while many think police officers in the nation are very corrupt, others think there are other organizations where there are more corrupt officials, with the Customs, Immigration and the Judiciary taking the lead.

On Pulse Nigeria Poll, we threw up this poser:

80 percent of voters were all in agreement that the police is the most corrupt organization in Nigeria with the customs coming a distant second with 20 percent of the votes.

How Nigeria voted:

80% - The Police

20% - The Customs

0% - The Immigration
