Pulse voters say they will want to marry a virgin

A 45-year-old business man, Benjamin, wrote in saying he would love to get married to a virgin girl after he had been hurt by more experienced ladies.

This is what he wrote in part:

"Dear Pulse,

My name is Benjamin. I am a single, 45-year-old Igbo business man based in Lagos. I have a request and I hope your readers will be able to help out and make recommendations.

I have been in a few relationships in the past but I always get hurt because most of the women do not meet up to my standard on the kind of woman I want.

I am ready for marriage and the woman I want to settle down with must be a virgin.

I am tired of getting myself hooked with the so called experienced women who only suck me dry and move on.

I have made up my mind that I can only marry a virgin and nothing else."

A poll was put out with this poser:

Would you rather marry a virgin or an experienced partner?

The responses were, as usual, massive with 62.5 percent voting for a virgin bride while 37.5 percent said they would go experience as a life partner.

How Nigeria voted:

62.5 % - Virgin partner

37.5 % - Experienced partner
