Readers say they cannot marry a woman who is pregnant for another man

Majority of Pulse readers vote against marrying a woman who is pregnant for another man so as to avoid problems in the future.

On Morning Teaser of April 16, 2015, a Pulse reader asked for advice from other fans on what steps he should take as his fiancée is pregnant for another man with a few weeks to their wedding.

The confused man wanted to know if it would be a right for him to go ahead and marry the lady knowing her status or he should call off the marriage due to fears of the unknown tomorrow.

Hear him:

"The problem is that she is pregnant for another man. She confessed to me that at a party she attended few months ago, she had more than enough drinks and ended up sleeping with her ex boyfriend who is married and in the process, got pregnant for the man.

She had begged me for forgiveness and even wants to break off our engagement but I cannot live without her.

Due to our religious belief, abortion is totally out of the way.

Should I go ahead and marry her with another man's pregnancy? Won't this cause problems for me in the future?"

With that in mind, a poll was put out on the issue and there were lots of divergent opinions but the general consensus seemed to be that he should call of the wedding and not get himself saddled with what would turn out to be a problem in the future.

In total, 57.89% of the voters were totally against such a move with an emphatic no while 42.11% said they would go ahead and marry the lady irrespective of the pregnancy.
