Nora has been dating Patrick for 10 years and in all those years, he has made it clear to her that he is not ready for marriage. But that does not stop him from sleeping with her and getting her pregnant.

She is pregnant again and he wants her to abort the baby, which would make it the fourth time and at 32, she is not favourably disposed to it but he has threatened to dump her if she does not do what he wants.

Read her letter here:

"I am Nora and I have a big problem I want your readers to help with their words of advice. I am 32-years-old and I have been in a relationship with Patrick for the past 10 years but he is not in a hurry to settle down.

Patrick is 39-years-old and it's not that he is not capable of settling down but he keeps shifting the post anytime I bring up the issue of marriage. I am also doing well in my job as a banker and my family is no longer comfortable that I have been with a man this long without getting married.

My sisters are all married and they have been telling me to move on and get married to another man but I love Patrick and cannot contemplate living without him but he is not just ready.

In our years together, I have taken in three times and always succumbed to his demands to go for an abortion and the last time, the doctor told me I stand the chance of not getting pregnant when I want to.

So two months ago, I missed my period again and I am determined to keep the baby but Patrick is not favourably disposed to the idea and has been hankering on me to undergo another abortion.

He has added another dimension that I am planning to pin him down with a baby when he is not ready. He has refused to talk to me since I told him I am not ready to abort this baby.

My friends are of the view that I should dare him and keep the baby but I am afraid he will deny responsibility and my baby would go through life without a father. But at the same time, I am afraid of getting rid of it because of the warning the doctor gave me the last time.

What should I do this time around?
