In a world where many do not believe that true love can be found even without money, Pulse Nigeria Poll voters are in agreement that it can actually exist.
Readers agree that true love can exist without money
PNP voters are in agreement that true love can exist in the absence of money.
A whopping 82% of the readers think so, in response to a letter sent in by Benjamin:
"My name is and I am a 30-year-old man living in Lagos. I lost my job with a telecommunications company two years ago and all my efforts to get another job has proved abortive as I always meet with disappointment whenever I am called for an interview.
I am not a lazy man and I hustle to at least, take care of my needs while praying for something better to come.
My problem is that the woman I loved with all my heart and hoped to get married to left me last year when she could no longer cope with my situation.
was a lady I did everything for, paid her family's house rent on more than two occasions, helped with some of her siblings' school fees and never ran away from shouldering her responsibilities.
But Ebere left me when I needed her most and not just that, she told me in clear terms that she is not ready to suffer with any man.
I am terribly hurt and this has led me to ask if true love ever exists without money."
This was the teaser for the day:
How Nigeria voted:
82% - Yes, true love has nothing to do with money
18% - No, no one can truly love without money
